In chemistry, pH is the negative log of the activity of the hydrogen ion in an aqueous solution. Solutions with a pH less than 7 are acidic and solutions with a pH greater than 7 are alkaline. A healthy person blood pH is range at 7.35 ~ 7.45, otherwise we will face problems like weak immune, illness or even death. To maintain a balanced pH diet includes alkaline water and alkaline food like fruits and vegetable to neutralize our body acidity, that’s why it is recommended to drink alkaline water to neutralize the pH levels in our blood as most food we eat is acidic.
