Shipping
The shipping policy is applicable to replacement filters and air purifier only.
For water purifier(s) delivery / installation, you will receive a phone call prior to delivery/installation to confirm the date and time.
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Local delivery
Enjoy free local door-step delivery, within Singapore with minimum purchase of S$100. For orders under S$100, a flat delivery fee of S$5 will apply.
Deliveries are made from (10am - 7pm) on (Monday to Sunday). We will contact you via text message with your phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Customer is to ensure that an appropriate person is present to acknowledge the delivery of goods.
Kindly ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided during check-out is correct. Customer is to notify us immediately of a change to his/her delivery and contact number. Otherwise, re-delivery charges will be applicable (with date and time to be advised).
In-store pickup
Customer are required to present their confirmation email so that we can effectively retrieve your orders. After placing your order and selecting pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
