There will be an admin fee of $50 - $70 basing on payment mode made for all refund or withdrawal of purchased request. The admin fee is non-refundable and covers administrative costs.

a) The product must have been purchased directly from our website.
b) The refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
