1. Do you have alkaline & non-alkaline option?
Yes, we offer both alkaline and non-alkaline filter options at the same price. The alkaline option does not require an additional external filter within your under kitchen sink cabinet.
2. Is installation & delivery included in the stated price?
Yes, both installation and delivery are free, no matter how complex the installation is. A pre-installation discussion is conducted before installation work begins.
3. What do we need to prepare for installation?
An inlet water point & electrical point is required for installation. CUBIC requires an outlet for its self-cleaning function.
4. Does the dispenser need to be near the water point?
No, focuswater CUBIC doesn’t have to be near your water point, we can connect it via various water points in your home (under kitchen sink water point, washing machine water point, stand alone water point). A power point must be at least 1.2m from where CUBIC is installed.
5. If drilling is required for installation, what types of countertop materials can be drilled?
We can drill all types of countertop material except glass.
6. Are there any trade-in or upgrade options available?
Yes, we offer trade-in programmes for both existing focuswater customers and new customers. Feel free to contact us to learn more about the programme.

The CUBIC water purifier instantly dispenses 5 temperatures at the touch of a button: 4°C (Cold Water), 27°C (Room Temperature), 45°C (Warm Water), 75°C (Ideal for sterilizing baby bottles), and 87°C (Hot Water).
87°C - Cup noodle, tea, coffee and other hot beverages
75°C - Ideal for beverages like green tea, honey water
45°C - Perfect for formula milk
27°C - Room temperature drinking water
4°C - For hydration, detox cleansing and refreshment

UV-C STERILIZATION
The nozzle is sterilized every hour for 10 minutes using UV-C LED Plus Duo self-cleaning technology, ensuring cleanliness with dual sterilization through Violeds UV Sterilization at the nozzle.
Additionally, the system features a high-speed machine flow path flushing function to prevent mineral buildup.

MICRO ANTIOXIDANTS CARBON FILTER
(Non-alkaline filter option)
This Micro Antioxidants Carbon filter reduces sediment particles such as dirt and sand down to nominal 5 micron inside from feed water, and absorbs some of harmful organic chemicals such as chlorine, bad taste and odor.
This filter contains Mg fine particles and by this element, water passed this filter can be changed into mild alkaline water.
