1. Do you have alkaline & non-alkaline option?
Yes, we offer both alkaline and non-alkaline filter options at the same price. The alkaline option does not require an additional external filter within your under kitchen sink cabinet.
2. Is installation & delivery included in the stated price?
Yes, both installation and delivery are free, no matter how complex the installation is. A pre-installation discussion is conducted before installation work begins.
3. What do we need to prepare for installation?
An inlet water point & electrical point is required for installation. HYBRID requires an outlet for its self-cleaning function.
4. Does the dispenser need to be near the water point?
No, focuswater HYBRID doesn’t have to be near your water point, we can connect it via various water points in your home (under kitchen sink water point, washing machine water point, stand alone water point). A power point must be at least 1.2m from where HYBRID is installed.
5. If drilling is required for installation, what types of countertop materials can be drilled?
We can drill all types of countertop material except glass.
6. Are there any trade-in or upgrade options available?
Yes, we offer trade-in programmes for both existing focuswater customers and new customers. Feel free to contact us to learn more about the programme.

3 PRESET VOLUMES
HYBRID water purifier comes with quantity control feature which allows you to choose your desired water volume from this 3 preset volumes of 120ml, 550ml, 1500ml or manually.
EASY PLUG & PLAY FILTER REPLACEMENT
Filter replacement can be a little easier and safer with this Korea patented plug-and-play manifold design in Korean water dispensers. It has an additional safety lock mechanism clip to prevent wear and tear leakage over time. Replace your filters in less than 2 minutes!
TALL DESIGN FOR LARGE FILLS
The HYBRID is designed in a unique tall spout front space which can fit in a large bottle up to 27cm in height. You no longer have to tilt your bottle while refilling water.
AUTO CLEAN FUNCTION
Hassle-free from DIY clearance of rinsed water from the purifier spout after subsequent filter replacement. HYBRID has a unique self-cleaning feature that flushes water away through the outlet within its internal flow path with a quick running time of 5 minutes.
By manually pressing the flush button, you can save time by choosing the most convenient period to clean your water purifier as and when required.

Bought this water purifier during a roadshow. There are plenty of brands selling but we chose focuswater instead. Why? Because the design is user friendly. Not just easy to use, but also easy to maintain. We are served by Matthew whom shared with us the products and patiently answered our queries on water purifier. Not to forget also on the installation, can't remember the uncle's name, but he is professional on his job. He will try minimize and if could to 'hide' the pipe so it would look nice. He don't rush the job so that he can go back early. Even after installation, this uncle's show us how to operate the water purifier, also how to perform maintenance for the filter changeout. Overall I will highly recommend this product.

We have been using this for quite a period of time. With the cold. Ambience and hot water in 3 different level. Its is so convenient and easy. With the filter in the system I no longer need to boil water and wait for it to cool and store it for later use. It totally saved my time and ease my daily life. I recommend sales person Mickey if you are getting one can check with him, very well knowledge of product and very helpful too.
